Rex's American Grill & Bar

Very good American food. We all had burgers and we're very happy with them, though they were a bit over cooked. Not a big deal at all. Waitress was attentive. When you are waiting for the outside part, lots of stuff to do (table tennis, giant connect 4, etc). The inside part looks a little dated, but totally fine. Only real oddness was that the outside part and inside had two different hostesses and waiting queues. That seems inefficient, but it was a nice summer evening and we chose outside which had a much lower wait.

The food was ok but not great, we walked there from my cousins house so that was cool and convenient. The service was great but my cousin is super pretty and a regular patron so we got the VIP treatment. Although from what I remember everyone was having a great time and all the servers where doing a great job so it’s not like everyone was being neglected. They definitely were not, sorry back to my point the service was great. The food could have been a little better, but the drinks were strong and that’s always a good thing. I enjoyed the experience, and I loved that table I took pictures of it because I’m going to recreate in my wood shop at home. I will return when we are back for a visit, so give it a shot if your in the area.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn attached, and ate here by choice 6 times over 4 days. Shay, the breakfast Bartender was absolutely the best! Adding avocado to a breakfast sandwich is always the right choice. Husband and I could not get over how genuinely kind and happy all the staff were, and worked together to manage a packed restaurant!The food was excellent, we tried the Bison burger, the wings, several breakfast dishes, and more. EVERYTHING was delicious, you cannot get a bad meal here!
